Wat Phuket Sonthaya in Pua
Commonly called just Wat Phuket, not so much impressive as temple but more famous for its great view overlooking the rice-fields and the mountains of Doi Phu Kha National Park in the back-ground. And if you are into meditation then this might also be a good place to go. And opposite of the temple entrance is an Buddhist school where young people learn to become a novice and monk. When you are in Pua anyway, a must place to visit! For more information about the temple see Wat Phuket Sonthaya. For more information about the templestay have a look at Wat Phuket Sonthay Templestay.
